Londons Sacred Sites
The term “Ley Line” was coined by Alfred Watkins in his 1922 book, Early British Trackways. However, these alignments go back alot further. These lines are connected to the Earth geomagnetism, which runs all through our planet.
Historically, various cultures have recognized and incorporated these Ley Lines into their practices and structures. Many Ancient sites, including Churches, Chapels, and Cathedrals, were deliberately built on this Geomagnetic energy, as it could enhance the practises that were done in that location.
In the 17th century, antiquarian William Stukeley observed and documented alignments of Ancient sites, noting that some Roman roads appeared to follow similar paths. He created alot of drawings and work also around Stonehenge which he believed was a Temple built by the Druids.
Across different cultures, similar concepts exist under different names. In Ireland, they are sometimes referred to as “Fairy Paths” or “Fairy Lines.” Indigenous Australians have their intricate “Songlines,” which are navigational tracks and narratives that connect significant places. In China, these lines are known as “dragon lines” and are a fundamental principle in the practice of Feng Shui, used to harmonize human structures with the surrounding environment.
Beyond this physical world exists currents of energy that we cannot see. They are magnetised movements of energy that flow through our planet. Often creating straight lines, these currents are called Ley Lines. It was Alfred Watkins that gave the term Ley lines, but it is the basic energy grid to our planet. The most famous is the Pyramids of Giza which are on on a major Ley node, but these Ley Lines are all over the world. By accessing and connecting to these Ley energies you will improve your life and re-access information.
